Our maintenance contracts for clients include integrated IT systems link that streamline service and increase performance productivity. Our focus on KPI’s ensure that the service is continuously reviewed by the client with high levels of service maintained at all times.

The report of Sir John Egan entitled ‘Rethinking Construction’ has been adopted by Mc Gurk and Moore as the basis for best practice in the commissioning of construction and maintenance contracts.In line with the Egan principles, Mc Gurk and Moore practise an ethos of developing, maintaining and retaining clients based on the partnership approach. Measurement of outcomes is an essential tool in managing a partnership, and will require constant refinement in line with the customer targets.
