Colm McGurk Marathon Man 

I with 17 other volunteers including Richard Moore the founder of the charity participated in the New York 40^th marathon. Between us we raised more than 40,000 pounds .This was my first marathon and I am thrilled and delighted that I completed the challenge without ill or spill. I would recommend this to anyone as it gives great satisfaction to all who take part especially that the monies raised is so important to those in need. I would take this opportunity to thank all who gave to me and I am very grateful.

What an  awesome site to see the snow cap mountain of Kilimanjaro as the sun lights it up in the early morning. Once again my experience of seeing so many projects taking shape and the hard work of so many people with so little facilities or machinery has left me with a stronger motivation  and conviction to continue with my fund raising with this great charity children in cross fire.
